API Credentials Management

M
Shared by Michael • May 08, 2026

Hi there,

Company administrators can now manage API access directly from the platform.

From generating credentials to pausing, rotating, or removing access, everything is self-service and in one place.

What's new

Generate credentials in one click
Admins can create a set of API credentials instantly. They're displayed once at creation for you to save, then securely hidden on the platform from that point forward.

Rotate credentials anytime
If credentials are compromised or due for a refresh, admins can rotate them immediately. The old set is invalidated on the spot and a new one is generated.

Temporarily disable access
Need to pause API access during a security review or maintenance window? Disable credentials without deleting them, then re-enable when you're ready. Everything stays in place.

Remove credentials permanently
Admins can delete credentials at any time. Access is cut off immediately and a fresh set can be generated whenever needed.

Identify credentials at a glance
Each credential now displays the last 4 characters as a short identifier, making it easy to tell them apart when coordinating with a technical team or confirming which set is active.

New Release | Report Builder: Reporting just got an upgrade

M
Shared by Michael • May 05, 2026

Hi there,

The Dynamic Report Builder is now live at both the Holding and Location level. One interface for your financial and operational data, across every branch, every location, all in one place.

Start in seconds with Smart Templates

Select the Invoices or Deposits template and you're in. Data loads instantly for the current month across all your authorized locations, no setup needed.

  • Invoices show every product, tax, and discount at the line-item level
  • Deposits track the full payment journey. Online payments, refunds, and balance conversions
  • Required columns are locked in, so nothing critical gets left out of an export
  • Live Refresh shows exactly when your data last updated

Filters that actually understand your operation

  • Set filters to update automatically each period, or lock to a fixed date range for auditing
  • Date logic resolves against each location's own timezone and working week, no manual adjustments
  • Drill into data using greater than, less than, or range-based operators on totals and balances
  • Filter across every stage of the financial cycle, from Payment in Progress to Refunded

Set it, schedule it, forget it

  • Automate report delivery daily, weekly, or monthly to up to 10 recipients
  • Access rights are checked automatically before every send, if permissions change, recipients are excluded from the next run
  • Reports arrive as branded HTML emails with a summarized breakdown included

Saves your exact setup, every time

  • Customize your columns without affecting anyone else's view
  • Export to PDF for clean printable reports, or Excel and CSV for full data with grouping intact
  • Your column order, filters, and sorting are saved automatically each session

Dashboard Revamp and the New Tags Feature

M
Shared by Michael • May 04, 2026

Hi there,

With this release, we have enhanced the dashboard experience and introduced a new tool that gives you visibility into child movement you have never had in one place before.

Revamped Dashboard - Updated

The new dashboard is cleaner, faster, and built around how your team actually works. The redesigned Rooms Overview gives you a live picture of each room at a glance, showing how many children are checked in, which staff are present, and the current status of each space. Everything your team needs to start the day is now available without leaving the dashboard.

  • Staff check-in and check-out
Perform staff check-in and check-out directly from the dashboard. No navigation required.
  • Quick Add button
Add a room, child, tag, or staff member from a single access point on the dashboard.
  • Rooms Overview widget
See all rooms with checked-in counts, status indicators, and staff presence in one view.
  • Customisable layout
Drag and drop widgets to reorder your dashboard, and add or remove them from a dedicated customisation screen.

Widgets have been redesigned using a masonry grid layout, making better use of screen space and supporting a wider range of information types in a more flexible, visual arrangement. You can also control exactly what is displayed in each room card through the new Room Overview Settings, giving your team only the information that is relevant to them.

Tags - New

Tags is a new feature that allows your team to track where children are at any point during the day, independently of attendance. When a child moves to the playground, the bus bay, the kitchen, or any other location in your centre, staff can tag them in and out of that space. That movement is recorded on a full timeline alongside room changes and check-in data, giving you a complete picture of each child's day.

  • Tag In and Tag Out
Track child and staff movement across locations. Movement is recorded separately from attendance.
  • Movement timeline
A full timeline of tag movements, room changes, and attendance in one place per child.
  • Child Movement Report
A new report combining attendance, tags, and room movements for a comprehensive daily record.
  • Quick timeline summary
Tap "Summary" under any child avatar in Room Details to see their check-in, check-out, tag activity, and key moments in a quick pop-up.

Tags also comes with flexible settings. You can choose to auto check-in a child when they are tagged, or auto tag-out on check-out. These are optional and can be configured from the Operations Attendance Settings page.

Shared by Michael • April 29, 2026

More flexibility in how you build, manage, and share lesson plans.

The Lesson Plan Builder is getting a series of enhancements, from how you align curriculum objectives to how your plans look when they're printed and shared.

  • Add and customize goals by selecting an age band and subarea using multi-select checkboxes
  • Selected areas, subareas, and goals display as color-coded tags directly within the content block preview

Content Management

  • Duplicate any content block using Copy Content, all formatting, files, and settings transfer instantly
  • Relocate blocks using Move, carrying everything to the destination cell without rewriting
  • Both actions are available from the 3-dots menu on any content block

Publishing & Lock State

  • Finalized lesson plans can be published, locking them into a read-only state
  • All linked curriculum tags remain fully visible after publishing

Print & Display Customization

  • New table toggles let staff hide column or row headers across the builder, preview, and exported PDFs
  • A new Learning Objectives section in the Print Configuration Modal gives you explicit control over what appears in the final PDF, toggle development areas, subareas, and goals in or out
