Hi there,

More flexibility in how you build, manage, and share lesson plans.

The Lesson Plan Builder is getting a series of enhancements, from how you align curriculum objectives to how your plans look when they're printed and shared.

Curriculum & Goals

  • Add one or more curriculum areas to a lesson plan without needing to define goals or subareas, useful for broader domain alignment
  • Add and customize goals by selecting an age band and subarea using multi-select checkboxes
  • Selected areas, subareas, and goals display as color-coded tags directly within the content block preview

Content Management

  • Duplicate any content block using Copy Content, all formatting, files, and settings transfer instantly
  • Relocate blocks using Move, carrying everything to the destination cell without rewriting
  • Both actions are available from the 3-dots menu on any content block

Publishing & Lock State

  • Finalized lesson plans can be published, locking them into a read-only state
  • All linked curriculum tags remain fully visible after publishing

Print & Display Customization

  • New table toggles let staff hide column or row headers across the builder, preview, and exported PDFs
  • A new Learning Objectives section in the Print Configuration Modal gives you explicit control over what appears in the final PDF, toggle development areas, subareas, and goals in or out

Where to find it

Content block actions: 3-dots menu on any content block → Copy Content

Move Table display: Table Settings Panel → Hide Column Header / Hide Row Header

PDF customization: Print Configuration Modal → Plan Content → Learning Objectives.
