• Integrated Payment Options: Staff can now create payments directly while adding a new deposit, with three options available:
• Balance Application: Staff can apply the paid deposit to the payer's balance, making it available for future invoice payments, and enhancing cash flow management.
• Refund Processing: Staff can now process refunds for deposits made through Parent Pay. Once a deposit is refunded, the system will:
