New Release | Invoice Automation Run Monitoring Enhancements

We’ve introduced several improvements to the Invoice Automation Run Monitoring experience, providing Finance teams with clearer execution visibility, better run tracking, and faster recovery from failed invoice generations.

Expanded Run Monitoring States:

Previously, the Run Monitoring widget only displayed successfully processed runs, including both fully successful and partially successful executions.

The current Run Monitoring widget now supports additional execution outcomes beyond successful processed runs.

New supported run states:

• Fully Failed Runs - Has scheduled invoices, but none generated

• Zero Invoice Runs - Processed , but had no invoices scheduled

This helps users:

• Better understand automation execution outcomes

• Distinguish between failed runs and runs with no eligible invoices

• Improve visibility into automation reliability and failures
